Travelodge by Wyndham Klamath Falls

I recently had the pleasure of staying at travel lodge during my visit to klamath falls. I must say that the service provided by the hotel staff was nothing short of exceptional, making my experience truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff offering detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently exceeded my expectations. The level of attentiveness and genuine care they displayed was remarkable. They were always available to assist me with any questions or requests I had, making me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their impeccable service. They upgraded my room to a king size room for free because the young man at the front desk wasn't familiar with the operating system on the computer at the front desk.

The first room was not working out, so the manager more me to a very luxurious one that was great. He was very helpful and accomodating.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff is available 24 hours a day if you need anything at all. They were very attentive and it was a joy to be treated like family! The bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect!

This hotel has newly remodeled rooms that are kept very clean by staff. During our stay at this Travelodge my wife and I found ourselves being surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. The manager at this location cares about his guests and it shows.
